5. The referral fees will be paid to the agents in strict accordance with the procedures listed on the website and may be varied or changed from time to time without prior notice.

13. All feedback to our affiliates will be channeled and handled by the respective affiliates. Anderprise will not hesitate to remove/replace any service providers who have more than 1 complaint for every 10 referral cases.
14. Alternatively, any complaints on our website or operations can be referred to the BusinessTrust Secretariat as below, if the resolution provided by us is not
satisfactory.
